[watershedmanagers] Maine Nonpoint Source 2024 Grant RFA release status

Good morning all,

The RFAs for both the 2024 Planning Grant and 2024 Implementation Grant are delayed.  I cannot say for certain for how long, but I will use this listserv to publicize their release.  We will adjust the questions deadline and application deadline accordingly.
