Hi Friends,

Piscataquis County Soil and Water Conservation District (PCSWCD) is hiring an AOP Project Manager. The Project Manager will assist with the implementation of stream restoration and Aquatic Organism Passage (AOP) projects through the Watershed-scale Approach to Restoring Stream Systems (WATRSS) Project. This is a full-time position closely with WATRSS project partners and private landowners on AOP projects such as culvert upgrades, dam removals, and fishway construction. The majority of the projects are expected to be culvert upgrades; however, a small number of other AOP projects such as dam removal or fishway installations may be undertaken. The position is funded for two years, with potential for extension depending on available funds. The Project Manager will be an employee of the PCSWCD and will report to the Executive Director. More details are available on the District's web page, here: https://piscataquisswcd.org/careers/ Questions and applications should be directed to Sarah Robinson, PCSWCD Executive Director, at: sarah.robinson at piscataquisswcd.org<mailto:sarah.robinson at piscataquisswcd.org>

Can you please post this to the SCWG and the Watershed Managers Digest?

Thanks!
Christian
