[SchoolFinance] School ERP Pro pay average

Sanford uses ERP Pro as well, and do it this way also.  It works well.  I
created a salary schedule for hourly rates, that I make sure matches their
salary schedule as salaried for the position, makes it easier to find
errors (Column/Rows will be named the same).  This way you can roll the
hourly rates for the "extra pay" is what we call it, to the next year the
same way you do with your positions.
