[SchoolFinance] School ERP Pro pay average

Based upon their position and being on a 'work agreement' ERP Pro
already has the biweekly amount due to the pay averaging--so the only
manual entry was over/ under hours--which were entered into the
supplemental.
We used to do things manually---but switched to using TimeClock Plus 2
years ago so we no longer have to manually enter the time.
This is what our position looks like:
The biggest set up is the salary schedules and work calendar--as those are
different based on the number of days the position works---and the hours,
etc, for the full 'annualized' salary.
