[SchoolFinance] Human Resources

We used to have an Asst Superintendent shared between 3 Districts and
between the two of us, we shared the HR responsibilities.  When she
retired, we did not replace her position for 9 months and it was TOUGH...
We have since replaced that position with an HR Admin Asst (shared between
3 Districts).
Between the three Districts, we have 325 regular staff positions between
the 3 Districts.

With the increased leaves, including FMLA, EPL, PFML, WC and the need for
constant recruitment of employees, I would strongly advocate that they
retain that position of at the very least have some Admin Asst support for
an HR role.
