[SchoolFinance] Human Resources

Sanford has 800 active employees, where 578 are considered full time or
paid every payroll.  We do not have bus drivers or bus monitors, as we
outsource that.  The difference is subs and part time employees that work
for our performing arts and adult education.

The Superintendent and myself handle all union negotiations, and Human
Resources.  We do have a payroll specialist that also handles workers comp
and FMLA, and an HR/Benefits Specialist that handles onboarding and
terminations and any changes in benefits.

For the Finance side, I have a Staff Accountant that does Grants/Accounts
Receivable/Accounts Payable, and our receptionist does the data entry for
our Accounts Payable.
