[SchoolFinance] Anyone calculating overtime by day rather than week?

The only time we pay OT without it requiring 40 hours of actual time worked
is in the winter when one custodian per school comes in on non-work days to
check the buildings. Then they get OT for those hours regardless of what
they e worked during the week.
