[SchoolFinance] [EXT] Inquiry Regarding Special Education Stipend Practices

Most of our school districts (we have 4 now) do not offer any additional
pay to Special Education teachers or staff.

Some, however, do have additional pay for Sped Techs that have completed
Safety Care Training. This is usually $1.00-1.50 per hour extra.

Our recent Teacher CBA in Bristol was clear about work beyond contract pay
for teachers. This resulted in 3 Special Ed teachers who supervise ed techs
receiving $4500 for their supervisory work.
