RSU 10 - In the Teachers' Bargaining Agreement... "SPECIAL EDUCATION CASE
MANAGEMENT - Bargaining unit members with IEP case management
responsibilities, will receive $2,000/yr. in addition to their salary."
All of our special education teachers have IEP caseloads, therefore each
receive an additional $2000 added to their normal step on the scale.
