[SchoolFinance] Pay for athletic events - books/gate etc

Good morning,
I have been asked to see how other schools pay staff that cover/work at
athletic events doing jobs such as the books, clocks for the basketball
games, taking admission fees, line judges etc.

Do you have a flat fee you pay per event? How do you handle the difference
between a salaried employee and an hourly employee?
If you do have a flat rate per event do you adjust for minimum wage?  What
are the rates you are paying?

With min wage going up again I do not think our flat rate will cover the
rate we pay per game and before we bring this to admin I want to have more
information.
