[SchoolFinance] CMP/Electricity Costs

CMP still has the delivery and demand, PUC regulated, monopoly. Those
charges have increased and eaten up my potential savings from reasonable
supply contracts. Was 17¢/kWh in 2023 and now 9.27¢/kWh but the bills have
not dropped much if at all
