[SchoolFinance] CMP/Electricity Costs

Hi Joya,
MSAD 52 does go to bid for electricity suppliers- I have used Atlas
previously (now known as Priority Power). I also did make sure that our
contract included DASI before we locked in a rate last year.
Our contract is not up until October, so I am going to wait a bit longer to
see if anything good happens, though that may be a bad call! I am told
shoulder months (spring and fall) are better to shop and lock in rates.
