[SchoolFinance] FSA plans

Good Morning,

Of the districts who offer FSA and Dependent care FSA plans for their
employees, who is billed a monthly fee for participants, AND do you charge
that fee back to the employee?

If so, how do you process that?

Our district participates in Horace Mann's Health Equity program and
starting this year, in order to continue to offer it to our staff, there
will be a monthly fee per participant.  We are looking to see if it makes
sense to pass that expense on to the employee.
