[SchoolFinance] FSA plans

Is Horace Mann continuing to provide the FSA service to your district? They
have sent us information indicating that they no longer provide that
service. We are searching for a new provider and will most likely go with
MSMA and they do charge a per participant monthly fee.
We are currently discussing how to handle this.
1.) Cover that fee (we have a small number of participants)
2.) Pass the fee on to the participants - which will not go over well.

I have the same questions as Gabby.
