[SchoolFinance] Cash In Lieu of Health Insurance - Medicare

Good Morning,

In the past, I have not paid cash in lieu to employees if they were
enrolled in Medicare coverage based on State Law.  When I google it now, it
says in Maine we can offer cash in lieu as long at the employee shows proof
of the Medicare coverage.   Can anyone confirm this for me?
