[SchoolFinance] Minimum Hourly Staff Data Collection

It can refer to both. If you have substitute teachers that are paid hourly then they would fall under this, or if you have substitute ed techs or substitute bus drivers or other substitute staff that are paid an hourly rate, those would also be included.

Hi Charlotte,
is "Substitute" referring to a Substitute teacher or a substitute for another hourly employee?  Our sub teachers are paid based on a daily rate.

Note – the one-time payment will only be applicable if the staff member is returning to your school unit in the same position for FY2026, so please do not include staff that have left the school unit or that will not be employed in the same hourly position for FY2026.
