[SchoolFinance] Object code

Good morning Heather,

You should use a liability account as the pass-through for the transaction.
Balance sheet code 4210 is for Accounts Payable. There are other codes that
might be a better fit depending on the transaction. For example, you could
use 4110 for Intergovernmental Account Payable (Due to Town or State) if
more appropriate. Please see pages 112-116 of the 2024 Maine School
Accounting Handbook (attached) for a detailed listing of liability account
codes.
