[SchoolFinance] Free items with purchase

Good Morning,

I am wondering if you have a policy in place, or have come across, the
opportunity to receive free items through a supplier if you spend a certain
amount of money with them on an order.

Our policies do not touch on this topic. However, I can say that when we
went to bid for this fiscal year, I had no idea there were free with
purchase items that our schools would be eligible for.

Wondering how other districts handle this.
