[SchoolFinance] Rounding for Time clocks?

We are moving to TimeClock Plus this summer.
Our current employees do not clock in/out---and we plan to continue that
practice.
Our substitutes, though, will be clocking in/out.
What do people recommend for rounding?  Should we round?  Should we pay
actual time clocked in/out?  This is new to us, as our current system is
either time entry or employees use paper timecards.
