On the MDOE website, there is a Federal Grants Management Handbook - on
page 11 of that document, there is an example of a "PAR" - personnel
activity report which would provide the detail your auditors are seeking.

Our auditors are requesting that we do a time & effort time card for
federally funded teachers who are split funded.

I am aware of the semi-annual certifications for the DOE reimbursement, but
they state they need more details-something like a time card to account for
the actual time worked on federally funded eligible activities.
Here is the requirement they are using:

Does anyone have any advice, examples, etc?  I would love to chat....
