[SchoolFinance] paid FMLA

Good afternoon

With the new information just received from Drummond Woodsum regarding Paid
FMLA, are any of you reducing your budget from 1% to .5% for the employer
share?

We had originally budgeted 1% of salaries but now with the split of .5
employer share and .5 employee's share, I am wondering if you will adjust
your FY 25 budget lines?
Also with the information that some CBA's will not be taxed until the
expiration of the CBA, are you reducing the lines even more?
