[SchoolFinance] Business Manager & Food Service - Sharing Responsibilities

We do not have a job description for this position, but here is a list of
what she does.

*Food Service Responsibilities*

Prepare/upload Annual Participation in the National Food Service Program
Documentation to State

Receipt Deposits to Food Service Manager

Create Journal Entry for each deposit in Financial Software

Create Journal Entries for each MySchoolBucks daily transaction batch.

File Monthly Food Service Claims/Summer Claim

Quarterly and Annual Financial Reporting
Maintain Food Service Inventory Records

This coming year the stipend will be $8500.00.
