Hi Sandy,
The employee is entitled to take 12 weeks of unpaid Family Medical Leave at
any time during the 12 month period beginning on the child's date of birth.
Eligible spouses who work for the same employer are limited to a combined
total of 12 workweeks of leave in the 12 month period.
