Good morning Sandy,

Eligible employees may use 12 weeks (60 work days) of FMLA for up to one
year after the birth or placement of a child. The leave may be
continuous or intermittent. So even if a Teacher gives birth over the
summer, the law allows them to take the 60 days during the school year.
