[SchoolFinance] Updating Payroll Software and additional software

Hermon switched from ADS/Profund to School ERP Pro (Infinite Visions) in
2020. We did our implementation from August to December (2020) and went
live 1/1/21. For me, it was not a difficult process. I did the entire
implementation on my own, as I was the most experienced in what things
should look like.

It was a lot of work. We had a lot of stuff in ADS that was not correct, or
not set up. We were lucky that our implementer was local and understood
what schools needed.

For the time clock, we are going to be using Executime. We went through the
implementation process for that in the spring of 22, but when we got to the
piloting phase, we found out that it didn't have Schedule to Actual
reporting for folks that are pay averaged. When we had the demo for
Executime, I specifically asked if it could do it, and was told it could.
I'm told that now the functionality is actually there and working. So we
are just waiting for the opportunity to go through the entire
implementation process for that again (we are short staffed this summer, so
we can't do it right now). Executime imports smoothly with Infinite
Visions, it is a Tyler product.
