[SchoolFinance] Updating Payroll Software and additional software

We switched from ADS Profund to School ERP Pro.  It was a difficult
transition but worth it, in my opinion.  We also use TimeClock plus which
works very well with School ERP.  We hope to set up the onboarding process
in the near future.
