[SchoolFinance] Updating Payroll Software and additional software

Hi Melanie,

We went from Profund to AptaFund about a year ago. I am happy with our new
software, especially since Harris has a good support team that listens to
users. Our main reasons for not switching over to IV was the cost and the
reports from other schools about how difficult the transition was to IV.

No matter what software you choose, there is a learning curve... I used
Profund for many years and loved the software. What made us switch was the
fact that Tyler was no longer updating the software. AptaFund has given us
updated software that has many more options than Profund.

We use TimeClock Plus at the moment. I plan on switching to the AptaFund
time clock system in the future. There really is no compatibility between
TCP and AptaFund - at least, not that I'm aware of. Another user may have a
different experience.
