[SchoolFinance] Anthem Percentage increase

RSU#34 has it in all CBA's that you have to complete 3 steps each year if
you have the school health insurance.
#1 - You need to have a physical and have the doctor sign a form saying
complete.
#2 - Sign into Virgin Pulse
#3- Fill out the health assessment on virgin pulse

We receive a report from MEABT monthly to let us know if #2 & #3 are
complete for each employee.

The employee has to pay at least 10% more for their health insurance, if
they don't complete these steps each year.

We also give $37.50 for each quarter that the employee gets the max points
and a bonus of $100 if they max all 4 quarters for a total of $250. We also
get a report in July that gives us this information, so we can pay out in
August.

We have had very low increases since implementing this process
several years ago.
