[SchoolFinance] EPL Question

I have attached our side agreement for the teachers. We also have one
similar for hourly employees. We do front load all of our time. When we did
the last negotiations we took days away from sick and personal days and
made them EPL days. We do allow for them to roll back in the sick days if
they do not use all their epl time. EPL is still a pain and a lot of work
to keep track of, but having it in a separate bank was just cleaner for us
to track.
