[SchoolFinance] 2023 Educator Summit Travel Invoices deadline

To:  All Schools who have travel expenses associated with the 2023 Maine Educator Summit

Greetings,
Please take note that the last day for submission of an invoice requesting reimbursement for travel to the 2023 Educator Summit from August 5 - 8, 2023 must be received no later than October 31, 2023.  The invoice must be accompanied with a copy of the Detail Trial Balance highlighting the actual payment of the expenses, all documents related to the expense, mileage reimbursement of .46 per mile, and a copy of the agenda from the Summit for each person reimbursed.
