[SchoolFinance] FY23 Q4 Actuals LATE - Required for EPS Calculations (Data Freeze Date 11/15/2023)

We are still missing many required FY 23 Q4 Actual Files, which are needed for the upcoming FY 25 EPS calculations - please check to see if your SAU(s) FY 23 Q4 files have migrated.

Please check to see if your files are submitted.

If your files are approved, please certify them so they migrate to our database. "Thank you!"

If your files are pending, "Thank you!" We will review them shortly.

If your files failed or were rejected, please review the error, correct it, and resubmit your files. "Thank you!"
If your files are not submitted, please prioritize submitting any missing FY23 Quarter 4 Actual files as soon as possible and no later than Oct 31.   All data must be submitted, DOE reviewed, and SAU certified by Nov. 15th the freeze date of the data for use in the FY25 EPS subsidy calculation.  We need all SAUs' information to appropriately calculate the FY25 EPS Subsidy.
We understand that your financials may not yet be audited.  We recommend submitting preliminary files and then submitting audited files with any necessary changes once they are complete.
