[SchoolFinance] Retention of personnel files

Hi Barbara,

It has always been my understanding that scanning and storing a personnel
file is acceptable as long as you follow the same retention rules. I went
to the Maine State Archives website and they have a document that discusses
retention of electronic records. See attached.
