[SchoolFinance] Question

I do it manually, with Journal Entries.
The first pay in July we run two batches - one that gets posted to the
previous FY, one current.  I then use the numbers from the previous FY
batch and create my JE.  We could continue with the double batches, but we
always end up with employees who's pay needs to go into two
separate years.  Then the deductions become an issue.  I found the JE was
the easiest, and I have been pretty close!
