Hey Brian,
We're having no luck in contacting this Noli person.   Is he still working?
Our MLRC listserve was set up thru Andrea McC almost 10 years ago and it is our tool to talk to all Maine towns.  However, many folks are not able to voluntarily  join per our directions, while others have no problem.
It is also meant to serve as a tool for towns to talk to each other as noted on attached....... that has not been working either.

  I created the list and imported the config from the old location.
  A password should have been sent.
  The new list should be ready for your review and test.
  The new list is located at:

      and the email for the list will be:
   Maine-Local-Roads-Center-listserv at maillist.informe.org

That should get you started.  No members have been added, but can be.  Please check the functionality to make sure that is works as expected before we populate the list.
