Hi all,
This email is an attempt to assist Somerset County officials who are losing their longtime Road Supervisor due to retirement.
Attached is the original 1998 Job Description for the position.  In short, the consultant shall determine the road projects to be done, write appropriate bid specs, inspect the roads regularly, order materials and meet with contractors.
