Nature-based Engineering Design Services for Communities

The State of Maine is seeking proposals for engineering services to develop 30% preliminary designs for nature-based and hybrid strategies to help Maine communities to increase the resilience of their priority public properties.

A copy of the RFP and all related documents can be obtained through Vendor Self Service (VSS): https://mevss.hostams.com/PRDVSS1X1/AltSelfService

Proposals must be submitted to the Office of State Procurement Services, via Vendor Self Service (VSS). Proposal submissions must be received no later than 4:00 p.m., local time, on June 19, 2026. Proposals will be opened the following business day.
