An updated Maine Construction General Permit is now available for public comment on the Department's Website. Written comments may be submitted by mail, e-mail or fax to Mark Stebbins before April 19, 2024 at 5:00 PM. To ensure the comments are considered, they must include your name and the organization you represent, if any.
