[SchoolFinance] SchoolFinance Digest, Vol 38, Issue 4

For our AP and Payroll warrants, I keep scanned copies on our google drive
after our superintendent and board members have signed them knowing
Auditors ask for them. This is my standard practice. We also scan all
invoices and supporting backup that goes with each AP warrant as well.
Originally we did this because our finance manager when I first started
with the district worked remotely out of state and in order for her to
approve the batch I scanned everything to her. When she retired last year,
I continued the practice of scanning. It comes in handy when invoicing the
state for our grant reimbursements and during audit.
