<div dir="ltr"><div dir="ltr"><div>For our AP and Payroll warrants, I keep scanned copies on our google drive after our superintendent and board members have signed them knowing Auditors ask for them. This is my standard practice. We also scan all invoices and supporting backup that goes with each AP warrant as well. Originally we did this because our finance manager when I first started with the district worked remotely out of state and in order for her to approve the batch I scanned everything to her. When she retired last year, I continued the practice of scanning. Our auditors are asking for my payroll warrants and in the past I have just<br>
copied them from my binder and scanned them. There must be an easier way<br>
to get this information to them, but I can't seem to figure out how to<br>
recreate a warrant without having to select each one individually. What do<br>
you provide your auditors when they ask for the warrants?<br>

We switched to MEMIC from MSMA a couple of years ago. They are good to<br>
work with but I don't think their customer service and personal connection<br>
to the district are as good.<br>
