[SchoolFinance] Policy Regarding MePFMLA

[Tracy Wilson]

Does anyone have a policy regarding the MePFMLA, or a sample?  I believe we
were told the best way to handle "not topping off" the new MePFMLA was to
have a district policy instead of trying to add it in each bargaining
agreement.
