[SchoolFinance] Withdrawal

Hi Leah,
We went through 2 withdrawals.  No, we currently do not allow anyone to use
our financial software.

If your software has the capability to add a database specific for that new
District, you could allow it, but I would definitely charge them the full
cost to add that new database, the annual maintenance fee for this service,
and pro-rate the cost of any hardware you may be using (ex on-site server
or hosting fee) and control who is provided access to the software and be
able to limit to that particular database only.
