[SchoolFinance] ESCE 3 and 4 year old's in Regards to Budget

Kathi,

That is what I did.  I based the percentage of the amount moved to the ESCE
fund on our current ratio of sped students for the district.  So where MSAD
6 currently has a sped population of 20%, I moved 20% of the salary and
benefits for our existing pre-k teachers and pre-k ed techs to the ESCE
fund.  Next year, I will charge ESCE for the actual amount but figured this
was a way to remove a portion from the local budget.
