[SchoolFinance] Insurance

We had a significant claim a couple of years ago due to pipes bursting and
a small fire the year before that. We were with a local insurance company
at the time (FA Peabody).  They raised our premiums significantly and would
only offer us a $10,000 deductible after that. Since then we accepted a bid
from MSMA and have significantly lower costs. (20% lower) and we now have a
deductible of $1,000.
