Hi,
Yarmouth is using 10%. Are any of you using your Q3 loss ratio to inform
your budget estimate?
Last year our MLR was 94% so we had 6.12% health.
Our loss ratio Q3 2025 is similar and we do not have any FMLAs that would
indicate a large Q4 claim - though not a perfect data point as
dependents don't take FMLA.
We should get our MLRs early Feb
