[SchoolFinance] Paying out-of-state remote employee

Hi Lisa,
I spoke with a PFML rep at the Maine Dept. of Labor last week, and they
told me a fully remote employee who works 100% from another state is not
eligible and does not have to pay in to Maine PFML. This is also
confirmed in the documentation on the Maine DOL PFML website, and our
attorney confirmed this as well in a summary of our different obligations.
So if you don't ever physically work in Maine, I would say you do not have
to pay in. Maybe you could a get a refund for you and the district.
