Hi,

MSAD 33 and Madawaska School Department have the same process. In time
clock plus we have two locations (MSAD 33 & MSAD33-Pay ave). When it is
time to process payroll we filter by location and print a period report -
payroll - payroll detail of the weeks summary. We then go into a
spreadsheet and manually input the hours worked. Once that has been
calculated we take the negative (under worked hours) or the positive (over
worked hours) and place it into our payroll system. The line we use is the
same that gets pulled when merging the hourly staff. This also ensures
the MPERS report is accurate and not needing to be adjusted (for the most
part).  I do have one pay average that does a position that is not within
their pay average roll. When they do this position, the hours are deducted
from the pay ave line and added to the line responsible for the said
position. I have attached a copy of the spreadsheet we use. It is easily
updated from year to year. I have also attached screenshots of how the
spreadsheet and detail summary looks like. They are from the same employee.
You can see where the total amounts fall from the detail report and the
spreadsheet. It then gets printed and placed with the payroll incase there
is ever a need to review. I also do not have many pay average employees, a
total of 4 this year and 5 starting next year. This may not work for those
who have larger numbers.
