Good Afternoon,

Unfortunately, that is how we manage pay averaging in School ERP Pro.

We use TimeClock Plus for tracking hours and each pay average position is set up as an hourly position with a contract in TimeClock Plus. That way only the hours that differ from the contracted hours import. This can be adjusted in a given pay period (like if there is a snow day and the day is moved from one bi-weekly pay period to the end of the year)

The imported hours can be positive or negative. The imported hours then go to the supplemental pay for that employee giving them a positive or negative adjustment each payroll.

Their general position is set up as a salaried position which pays the same each bi-weekly pay period.

It gets really fun when reporting MPERS wages for those employees!
