<div><span style="font-size:12px;">Unfortunately, that is how we manage pay averaging in School ERP Pro. </span></div>

<div><span style="font-size:12px;">We use TimeClock Plus for tracking hours and each pay average position is set up as an hourly position with a contract in TimeClock Plus. That way only the hours that differ from the contracted hours import. This can be adjusted in a given pay period (like if there is a snow day and the day is moved from one bi-weekly pay period to the end of the year) </span></div>

<div><span style="font-size:12px;">The imported hours can be positive or negative. The imported hours then go to the supplemental pay for that employee giving them a positive or negative adjustment each payroll. </span></div>

<div><span style="font-size:12px;">Their general position is set up as a salaried position which pays the same each bi-weekly pay period. </span></div>
