[SchoolFinance] SchoolFinance Digest, Vol 37, Issue 16

RSU 24 has both FSA and FSA Dependent care plans through Horace Mann and
are charged a fee and that fee is passed on to our employees each pay
period with the exception of the months with 3 payrolls.
