[SchoolFinance] Friendly Reminder - Q4 FY2025 Actual files

Hello School Business Office Colleagues,

FY25 Q4 files Actual files (Revenue, Expenditure, or Balance Sheet) were due on August 30th.

Please check that your files are submitted. We understand that your financials may not yet be audited.  We recommend submitting preliminary files and then submitting audited files with any necessary changes once the audit is complete.

If your files were submitted and in pending status, we will review them shortly.

If your files were submitted and in approved status, please certify them so they migrate to our database.

If your files were submitted and either failed or were rejected, please review the error, correct it, and resubmit your files.

If your files are not submitted, please prioritize submitting any missing FY25 Quarter 4 Actual files as soon as possible.

All data must be submitted, DOE reviewed, and SAU certified for use in the FY27 EPS subsidy calculation.  We need all SAUs' information to appropriately calculate the FY27 EPS Subsidy.
